Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience sourcing for technical roles in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Expertise in advanced sourcing techniques, Boolean search, talent mapping, and market research.
• Strong understanding of technical skill sets and engineering org structures.
• Proven ability to engage passive candidates through thoughtful outreach.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Data-driven mindset with experience using sourcing metrics.
• Ability to manage multiple high-priority searches simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end sourcing strategies for technical roles across engineering, data, product, AI, and other specialized functions.
• Conduct market research, competitive intelligence, and talent mapping to inform hiring strategies.
• Proactively identify and engage passive candidates across platforms like LinkedIn and GitHub.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to align on candidate profiles and refine search strategies.
• Build and nurture long-term talent pipelines for critical roles and future skill needs.
• Champion diversity sourcing initiatives to attract underrepresented talent.
• Track, analyze, and report sourcing metrics to optimize outreach and pipeline health.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in recruiting systems and dashboards.
• Contribute to process improvements and share knowledge within the recruiting team.
