Job summary

IFS Copperleaf seeks a Senior Program Manager to lead delivery of complex AI-enabled programs within its portfolio. The role sits in Engineering and R&D, coordinating across product, engineering, and operations to ensure predictable, high-quality releases.

Reporting to the Senior Director, AI Engineering & Transformation, you’ll drive cross-cell collaboration, manage risks, and partner with the Release Manager to orchestrate multi-pillar releases in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading complex, high-impact programs with multiple teams and dependencies.

Responsibilities

• Translate product strategy into executable features with clear outcomes and acceptance criteria.
• Lead delivery of the most complex program and release scope across operating cells.
• Engage directly with customers to validate solutions before release.
• Adopt and evolve Agentic Operating Model (AOM) practices to accelerate delivery.
• Governance: uphold delivery standards while driving practical improvements.
