Job summary

Electric Mind is seeking a Senior Tech Lead to serve as the single point of technical accountability for AI Enablement across multiple client teams. You will oversee AI-enabled delivery practices, coach senior technical leads, and ensure disciplined design and QE integration.

You will collaborate with the Engineering Lead and Program teams to elevate adoption, drive architectural excellence, and build reusable AI knowledge assets across engagements.

Qualifications

• Senior technical leadership experience across multiple teams.
• Strong understanding of applying AI Enablement in tech delivery.
• Solid software engineering and architecture literacy with industry best practices.
• Ability to coach senior technical roles beyond individual contributors.

Responsibilities

• Act as the single point of Electric Mind technical accountability for AI Enablement across client teams.
• Own the Electric Mind approach to AI-Enablement across technical disciplines.
• Coach Client Tech Leads, QE Leads, and Architects.
• Instill a review-based culture and guide disciplined design and code reviews.
• Integrate QE discipline into the AI Enabled lifecycle.
• Develop AI knowledge-base readiness, portability, and reusability.
