Qualifications

• Strong understanding of cloud platforms and distributed systems (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud).
• Experience with AI/ML concepts and SDLC, especially AI-assisted delivery tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end GAIA program delivery from experimentation to production adoption.
• Quantify business outcomes and partner across product, platform, and engineering teams.
• Maintain integrated delivery plans with milestones, dependencies, and risk management.
• Provide clear status reporting to executives and teams, including risks and mitigations.
• Support impediment removal and alignment across data, model readiness, and delivery timelines.
