Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking a Staff Engineer / AI Builder based in Canada to lead production-grade AI/ML systems at enterprise scale. You will architect agentic workflows, RAG pipelines, evaluation frameworks, and cloud-native services, mentoring engineers and shaping best practices across cross-functional teams.

The role emphasizes hands-on engineering, architectural ownership, and delivering reliable AI solutions within a 30–45 day deployment window.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional software engineering experience with GenAI/LLM production in production.
• Expertise in agentic AI including multi-agent orchestration and tool integration.
• Strong experience with RAG pipelines, embeddings, vector databases, and knowledge-refresh strategies.

Responsibilities

• Design and build agentic AI workflows and multi-agent architectures.
• Develop production-grade RAG pipelines with embeddings, vector search, and knowledge updates.
• Lead frontend/backend integration across AWS-based, serverless architectures.
• Mentor engineers and set engineering standards for agentic AI development.
• Collaborate with product/design/delivery teams globally to scope and deliver AI features.
