Job summary

• Demonstrated experience building and operating production software from concept to deployment.
• Hands-on experience with coding agents or AI development tools in production workflows.
• Experience designing APIs, authentication and secure data handling.
• Strong Python and TypeScript development with modern frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Build and operate agentic applications and multi-step AI workflows for customer experience processes.
• Develop and maintain MCP servers and connectors for enterprise platforms.
• Establish observability, governance, and security for production AI systems.
