Job summary

Broadcom Inc. is seeking an Account Director for its Storage Networking portfolio in the Greater Toronto area, covering Ontario and Western Canada.

This quota-carrying role requires strategic enterprise sales and leadership of cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth. You will build trusted executive relationships, manage a robust pipeline, and close high-value opportunities while advancing Broadcom's storage solutions across key end-user accounts and partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years' experience in a customer-facing B2B role.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales quotas.
• Strong value-based sales approach.
• Experience managing a pipeline of active deals.
• Leadership ability directing cross-functional virtual teams.

Responsibilities

• Sell Broadcom’s Storage Networking portfolio and services to end-user customers and through channel partners.
• Develop and maintain relationships with senior level decision makers.
• Identify, qualify, and close sales opportunities and manage a robust pipeline.
• Create and achieve account-based revenue objectives (Annual Business Plan, Territory Plan).
• Communicate Broadcom's storage solutions and address customer IT objectives.
• Demonstrate negotiation and proposal skills and exceed quarterly/annual sales targets.
