Job summary

BRP in Canada is seeking a PAV Support Advisor to serve as a key resource for our dealer network and internal teams in Sherbrooke. You will assess and process dealer requests and help resolve issues related to orders, shipments, and deliveries.

You thrive on customer service, problem solving, and coordinating with purchasing, transportation and logistics. Bilingual in English and French, you will communicate clearly and act with judgment and initiative.

Qualifications

• Relevant education or experience in customer service, administration, logistics or a related field.
• Experience in customer service, operational support or an environment where problem-solving and managing multiple requests are essential.
• Ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously.
• Bilingual in English and French.

Responsibilities

• Assess and process requests from dealers and follow up as needed.
• Resolve issues related to orders, shipments, and deliveries.
• Authorize credits for incomplete shipments, returns, and freight charges when required.
• Support internal teams on topics related to PAV orders, shipments and deliveries.
• Collaborate with purchasing, transportation and logistics teams.
