Job summary

Autism Services in Canada seeks a sales-focused professional to drive the Customers for Life process, profile prospects, and deliver timely sales advice, service, and products. You will forecast revenue, manage inventory during peak seasons, and enter quotes and work orders while reviewing accounts.

The role partners with Sales Agronomist and industry reps to provide expert agronomic guidance, support commercial trials, and ensure open communication with customers.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of sales experience in agriculture retail preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Agriculture, or related field is an asset.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Comfort utilizing social media, in-person, and virtual meets.
• Organized with effective time management.
• Self starter, reliable, and safety conscious.
• Proficiency with computers and technology.
• Must possess a valid class 5 driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Learn the Customers for Life sales process and profile prospect customers.
• Provide timely sales advice, service and products to customers.
• Forecast revenue streams and manage inventory during season.
• Enter customer quotes and work orders and review accounts regularly.
• Partner with Sales Agronomist and industry reps to provide agronomic guidance.
• Identify potential customer partnerships for commercial trials.
• Support seasonal tours and ensure open communication with customers.
• Contribute to a safe workplace and participate in team meetings.
