Job summary

PRIDE Seeds in Canada seeks a focused Sales Support Specialist to ensure high service levels for dealers in designated geographies. You will relay critical supply information and maintain customer files and databases, reporting to the Sales Support Supervisor & Staff Accountant.

You will enter and invoice orders, review availability, coordinate shipments, and manage pricing programs while supporting the production team to resolve discrepancies.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service support or sales support.
• Experience in seed industry is an asset.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and projects.
• Excellent team building skills and initiative.

Responsibilities

• Enter and invoice orders and review product availability.
• Approve order status with production and manage changes.
• Generate shipping documents and coordinate dealers/customers.
• Set up pricing, programs and deadlines for orders.
• Coordinate carrier shipments and communicate updates to customers.
• Maintain dealer/customer files and update databases.
