Job summary

GardaWorld is seeking a Security Supervisor to lead on-site guards in a dynamic Thornhill environment. The role emphasizes supervising daily operations, coordinating schedules, and delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring adherence to security protocols.

The position offers permanent, full-time hours from 08:00 to 16:00, Monday to Friday, with opportunities for career advancement and ongoing GardaWorld training. A uniform is provided at no cost.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in Canada.
• 1 year of experience in security and team management.
• Excellent leadership skills.
• First aid certification mandatory.
• Holds a valid security license.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of on-site security guards
• Manage and maintain the daily schedule of the team
• Ensure all guards follow and stay updated on instructions
• Issue and manage access cards
• Complete daily reports and incident reports

Responsibilities for Security Guard
