Paladin Security is seeking a Full-Time Supervisor for Vaughan Mills in Vaughan, Ontario. The role focuses on supervising security teams, training new guards, and maintaining daily operations on-site.

The position offers a competitive CAD 24.21/hour, an averaging agreement after 88 hours, and a comprehensive benefits package. Candidates must be legally eligible to work in Canada and have 2+ years of security experience.

Competenze

• Valid Class G driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Mansioni

Site: Vaughan Mills
Schedule: Sunday, Monday, Thursday, Friday (Swing Shift)

OT Method: Averaging Agreement (AA) after 88 hours

Vaughan Mills is one of Canada's premier retail and shopping destinations. As a high-traffic commercial hub, this site requires a dynamic and customer-focused security presence to ensure a safe, welcoming environment for thousands of visitors, staff, and retail tenants every day.

What You'll Be Doing

• Supervise, support, and guide security team members during assigned shifts.
• Assist with training and onboarding new security guards.
• Conduct regular site patrols and oversee daily security operations.
• Monitor CCTV, alarm systems, and access control equipment.
• Respond promptly to operational incidents, medical emergencies, and customer concerns.
• Liaise professionally with client representatives, retail tenants, visitors, and emergency services.
• Review, write, and submit clear and accurate reports on time.
• Ensure all duty assignments follow site policies and standard operating procedures.

Must Haves

• Valid Class G Driver's License with a clean driver's abstract
• Minimum of 2 years of security experience
• Legal authorization to work in Canada
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

Nice-to-Haves

• Previous supervisory or team lead experience
• Strong problem-solving and de-escalation skills
• Background in high-volume customer service or retail security environments
