Job summary

Paladin Security is seeking a full-time Security Guard for CF Markville Mall. The role involves patrolling, incident reporting, responding to emergencies, and enforcing mall rules to maintain safety and order.

You will interact with tenants and the public, provide directions, and support guest services. Requires First Aid/CPR certification, a G license, and legal eligibility to work in Canada; opportunities include benefits and a competitive salary.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand, walk, patrol for extended periods (8–12 hours).
• High degree of professionalism and strong communication skills.
• Fluent English in written and spoken form.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patrols by foot or vehicle and draft incident reports.
• Respond to emergencies and lead the response to incidents.
• Enforce mall rules and remove undesirables from the property.
• Maintain access control procedures and monitor CCTV systems.
• Provide first aid and CPR until medical professionals arrive.
