Paladin Security is seeking professional Security Guards to maintain a safe environment in Trail and surrounding West Kootenay areas. Responsibilities include patrolling premises, monitoring access control, and responding to emergencies with professionalism.

Qualifications

• Valid BC Security Licence (required) and BC Class 5 driver’s license.
• First Aid is an asset; basic certification preferred.
• Experience with security patrols, access control, and CCTV systems.
• Strong communication and report-writing skills; ability to stay calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Provide a visible security presence and maintain a safe environment.
• Patrol premises, monitor access control, and report irregularities.
• Respond to emergencies, alarms, and incidents with professionalism.
• Enforce site rules, regulations, and safety procedures.
• Complete detailed and accurate daily reports.
• Deliver excellent customer service to clients, visitors, and the public.
