Paladin Security is seeking a professional Security Guard to maintain a safe environment for clients, employees and the public. The role requires strong observation, professionalism, and the ability to respond effectively to various incidents.

Qualifications

• Valid BC Security Licence is required.
• Gaming license and First Aid training are assets.
• A valid BC Class 5 Driver’s Licence with a reliable vehicle is an asset.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Previous security or customer service experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Provide a visible security presence and maintain a safe environment.
• Patrol premises, monitor access control, and report irregularities.
• Respond to emergencies, alarms, and incidents with professionalism.
• Enforce site rules, regulations, and safety procedures.
• Complete detailed and accurate daily reports.
• Deliver excellent customer service to clients, visitors, and the public.
