Paladin Security is seeking professional Security Guards to maintain a safe environment for clients, employees, and the public. The role requires strong observation, professionalism, and the ability to respond effectively to incidents.

Qualifications

• Valid BC Security License is required.
• First Aid Training is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Provide a visible security presence and maintain a safe environment.
• Patrol premises, monitor access control, and report irregularities.
• Respond to emergencies, alarms, and incidents with professionalism.
• Enforce site rules, regulations, and safety procedures.
• Complete detailed and accurate daily reports.
• Deliver excellent customer service to clients, visitors, and the public.

• Valid BC Class 5 Driver’s License and a reliable vehicle is an asset
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods
• Previous security or customer service experience is an asset
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
