Job summary

Paladin Security is seeking professional Mobile Security Guards to conduct patrols and alarm response across multiple client locations. The role suits individuals who work well independently, with strong situational awareness and a commitment to protecting people and property.

Responsibilities include conducting patrols, responding to emergencies, reporting incidents, and coordinating with dispatch and clients.

Qualifications

• Clear written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, including overnight shifts.
• Pass Criminal Record Check.

• Operate company vehicles safely and professionally.
• Follow site post orders and company policies.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of work experience in the security industry
• ValidBC Security Licence
• ValidClass 5 BC Driver's Licensewith clean driver's abstract
• Ability to pass aCriminal Record Check
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Ability to work independently, including overnight shifts
• Physically capable of patrol duties (walking, stairs, driving)
• Flexible availability (nights, weekends, holidays)
• Legal eligibility to work in Canada

Certification Requirements (All)

Valid BC Security Licence
