Job summary

Prokey Living, a division of Westbow Group, is seeking a Security Concierge to be the first contact at the property. You’ll proactively patrol the premises, respond to incidents, assist residents, visitors, and contractors, and help maintain a safe, welcoming environment each shift.

This role requires strong customer service, calm communication under pressure, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

About the role

As a Security Concierge, you’ll be the first point of contact and a key presence in creating a safe, welcoming, and professional environment for residents, visitors, and contractors. This dynamic role blends customer service with security, requiring you to proactively patrol the premises, respond to incidents and emergencies, and provide helpful support to everyone who walks through the door. You’ll be responsible for offering exceptional customer service to tenants, de-escalating tense situations, and ensuring daily operations run smoothly while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Hourly Rate:

$18.00/per hour.

Shift Schedule:

Weekday and Weekend evenings (4:00 pm to 12:00 am, with some flexibility to cover other shifts)

What you’re great at

• Strong customer service skills, with a positive attitude and a commitment to providing a high level of service.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations.
• Strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to handle conflict and resolve disputes effectively.
• Ability to notice and document important details in security situations, incidents, and day-to-day operations.

What we’re looking for

• Familiarity with security procedures and emergency protocols. Previous experience in security or safety roles is preferred.
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
• Must be able to stand, walk, or patrol the property for extended periods and handle physical tasks related to security duties (e.g., crowd control).
• Comfortable using basic technology, such as security systems, radio communication, and computers for report writing
• Previous experience in security, concierge, or customer service roles preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays.
