Job summary

The Byng Group is a leading interior renovation general contractor with more than 50 years of experience and a team of over 500, specializing in high-rise rental properties. We are looking for experienced Painters to join our team in Windsor / Leamington.

You will prepare surfaces, repair walls, and ensure drywall paint-ready finishes on demanding renovation projects. Own tools are required; on-site work and ability to follow daily to monthly task schedules are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in painting and surface preparation.

Responsibilities

• Prepares surfaces to be plastered.
• Fills in nicks and cuts in ceilings, walls, and partitions using plaster.
• Repair walls with drywall.
• Sand areas after each coat making drywall paint-ready.
• Drywall Repairs, Taping and Plastering.
