Job summary

The Byng Group, a prominent general contractor specializing in interior renovations, seeks experienced Painters to join their team in Trenton. Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years’ experience, be able to provide their own tools, and demonstrate quality and speed in their work. Responsibilities include painting, drywall repairs, and surface preparations. Material will be supplied, with bi-weekly pay offered.

• Own tools are required, not supplied.
• Ability to follow a assigned task schedule.

We are looking for experienced Painters to join our team in Trenton.

Responsibilities

• Paint walls, ceilings, doors, hallways, shelving in Apartment Units
• Prepares surfaces to be plastered
• Fills in nicks and cuts in ceilings, walls, and partitions using plaster
• Repair walls with drywall
• Sand areas after each coat making drywall paint-ready
• Drywall Repairs, Taping and Plastering
• Drywall Installation is considered an asset
• Framing with Metal Studs considered an asset
  
  

Job Requirements

• At least 3 years’ experience
• Own Tools Required. They are not supplied
• Quality and Speed are assessed.
• Able to problem solve on-site and off-site
• Ability to follow and complete a daily, weekly & monthly task schedule
• Willing to travel to Belleville and Trenton considered an asset.
