Job summary

The Byng Group is a leading interior renovation general contractor with more than 50 years of experience, currently hiring Painter/drywaller installers in the Windsor area to join our growing team. The role involves preparing surfaces, plastering, drywall repairs and installation, with on-site problem solving and adherence to a daily/weekly/monthly task schedule.

Qualified candidates have at least 3 years of painter and drywaller experience, hold a valid Ontario driver’s license, and own their

• At least 3 years’ experience as a painter and drywaller.
• Valid Ontario Driver's License with a clean Driver’s Abstract.
• Able to problem solve on-site and off-site.
• Able to follow and complete a daily, weekly & monthly task schedule.
• Own Tools Required. They are not supplied

We are currently hiring Painter/drywaller installers in the Windsorarea to join our growing team!

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepares surfaces to be plastered
• Fills in nicks and cuts in ceilings, walls, and partitions using plaster
• Repair walls with drywall
• Sand areas after each coat making drywall paint-ready
• Drywall Repairs, Taping and Plastering
• Drywall Installation is considered an asset
• Framing with Metal Studs considered an asset
