Job summary

Fergie's Cafe is seeking a Wedding & Events Coordinator to own the client experience from planning through execution. You will build relationships, manage administration, and confidently suggest experiences that add value for each client while ensuring all details come together for the event day.

From May to October you’ll coordinate weddings at Fergie's; October to April you’ll support Sunwolf events and office administration, with mentorship from the owner and room to grow in the role.

Qualifications

• Wedding or event planning experience preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple events and deadlines.
• Willingness to work day, evening and weekend hours.

Responsibilities

• Own the client experience from planning through execution.
• Build relationships with clients and vendors; suggest experiences and add-ons.
• Coordinate weddings and events with timelines, staff, and logistics.
• Manage administration and deposits; recruit and support seasonal staff.
• Support Sunwolf corporate events and office planning during off-season.
