• Assist with ceremony and reception setup according to the floor plan.
• Place décor items and personal details; manage presentation throughout the day.
• Welcome and direct vendors; help coordinate processional timing and guest flow.
• Monitor the reception timeline with the Lead Planner; support room flips between events.
• Represent Leigh & Co. Events with professionalism and exceptional client service.
