Job summary

Clintar Winnipeg is seeking for on-call, part-time snow removal roles to manage snow clearing and de-icing for commercial properties. We provide safe equipment, experienced leadership, direct deposit, and a season-end bonus for full-shift commitments.

These on-call positions often involve overnight or daytime shifts and require prompt response to snow and ice events. You should be prepared for varied hours from November through April and maintain clear communication with supervisors.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in snow removal.
• Flexible hours including days or overnight, weekends and holidays.
• On-call availability from November–April.
• Cell phone data requirement.

Responsibilities

• Operate Loaders or Ag Tractor with snowplows to clear snow and ice from roadways, parking lots and other designated areas.
• Maintain clean sites, ensuring no property damage during snow removal.
• Respond to emergency calls for snow removal, especially during heavy snowfalls or severe weather conditions.
• Maintain communication with supervisors or dispatch to report road conditions, progress, and any issues encountered.
• Work in challenging weather conditions, including cold temperatures, snowstorms, and potentially at night, to ensure timely snow removal.
• Maintain records of work completed, including time logs, equipment maintenance records, and reports on materials used.
• Provide professional service and follow all health & safety regulations.
