Job summary

Clintar Commercial Outdoor Services is hiring for the winter season to join our ice and snow team focused on efficient clearing and de-icing. All roles are on-call, often overnight, and contingent on winter conditions. Candidates must be available on short notice.

Qualifications

• Clean and valid driver’s license.
• On-Call availability during evenings, weekends, and holidays from November–April.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds.
• Prior snow experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Operate snow removal equipment, such as snow blowers, snow shovels, snowplows, or salt spreaders, depending on the job and equipment availability.
• Shovel, snowblow, or use other hand tools to manually remove snow and ice from designated areas.
• Apply salt, sand, or other de-icing agents to surfaces to improve traction and melt ice.
• Be prepared to respond to emergency calls for snow removal, especially during heavy snowfalls or severe weather conditions.
