Qualifications

• Valid Class 5 driver’s licence.
• Heavy-equipment operating experience.
• Snow-removal experience preferred.
• Ability to operate safely around vehicles, buildings, curbs and pedestrians.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Reliable cellphone with active data plan for routing, documentation and communication.

Responsibilities

• Operate skid steers, loaders or plow trucks for snow removal on commercial properties.
• Clear snow safely and efficiently from assigned properties.
• Follow routes and maintain expected timing.
• Work independently while communicating with supervisors and crew.
• Perform basic equipment maintenance and report issues.
• Complete route records and confirm serviced properties.
• Follow safety procedures and site instructions.
• Assist with snow hauling or shop duties when available.
