Qualifications

• 3 years experience in previous snow removal role.
• Flexibility to work overnight hours, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Operate loaders and tractors with snowplows and salt spreaders to clear snow and ice.
• Maintain clean sites and prevent property damage during removal.
• Respond to emergency snow removal calls during heavy snowfall.
• Communicate with supervisors about road conditions and progress.
• Spread salt, sand, or other de-icers to improve traction.
• Work outdoors in cold, snowstorms, and possibly at night.
• Keep time logs and equipment maintenance records.
• Load own truck for assignments.
• Provide professional snow removal service.
• Follow all health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Operate Loaders and Tractors with snowplows and salt spreaders to clear snow and ice from roadways, parking lots and other designated areas.
• Maintaining clean sites, ensuring no property damage during snow removal
• Respond to emergency calls for snow removal, especially during heavy snowfalls or severe weather conditions.
• Maintain communication with supervisors or dispatch to report road conditions, progress, and any issues encountered.
• Spread salt, sand, or other de-icing agents on road surfaces to enhance traction and melt ice.
• Work in challenging weather conditions, including cold temperatures, snowstorms, and potentially at night, to ensure timely snow removal.
• Maintain records of work completed, including time logs, equipment maintenance records, and reports on materials used.
• Load own truck
