Job summary

Pursuit is hiring for a full-time seasonal line cook to join our busy kitchen in Canada Rockies. You will prepare and cook a variety of meals with attention to recipes, health codes, and plating. The role requires strong customer service, good organization, and a willingness to support kitchen operations under the Sous and Head Chef.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills.
• Some previous cooking experience.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Food Safe an asset; criminal record check required.

Responsibilities

• Daily maintenance, organization and cleanliness of kitchen areas and equipment.
• Washing, peeling and cutting vegetables; preparing, seasoning and cooking foods.
• Carving meats and plating with gravies, sauces and garnishes.
• Stocking and maintaining product levels; assisting Sous/Head Chef as directed.
• Communicating observations to teammates and management; adhering to safety standards.
