Job summary

Bear Street Tavern in Banff is seeking enthusiastic Line Cooks to join our kitchen team. You'll prepare and cook dishes to our standards, collaborating closely with the Chefs to ensure a seamless service in a fast-paced environment.

We offer competitive wages, with summer earnings up to $30.50/hour (base $19.00–$23.50 plus tips), a Summer Bonus of $2.50/hour through Sept 9, 2026, staff housing, and generous discounts. Health benefits begin after 6 months.

Qualifications

• No culinary experience? We'll have you cooking like a pro in no time.
• Fast food or culinary experience is an asset.
• Strong work ethic and great communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and cooking dishes, ensuring standards are being met
• Work closely with the Chefs and kitchen team members to ensure a seamless service
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization
• Assist with training new team members as required
