Job summary

The Salvation Army International is seeking a Christmas Kettle Coordinator in Toronto. This temporary full-time role oversees multiple kettle sites, directs staff and volunteers, and ensures secure handling of donations.

You will also coordinate kettles logistics, monitor schedules, and report on weekly metrics. Ideal candidates have at least one year in customer service or office roles, solid communication, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced mall/retail environment.

Qualifications

• A minimum of one year of related experience or working in customer service.
• Money handling experience is an asset.
• Experience in office administration.
• Experience with general office equipment and Word/Excel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Christmas Kettle locations and staff scheduling.
• Recruit kettle worker staff and/or volunteers as needed.
• Monitor kettles for security and timely drop-offs/pick-ups of donations.
• Maintain timesheets, mileage reports, and weekly data records.
• Provide excellent donor relations and information about SA ministries.
