Qualifications

• At least one year of customer service or related experience.
• Money handling experience is an asset.
• Experience in office administration.
• Proficiency with word processing and spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Attend training and orientation for The Salvation Army and the Christmas Kettle Campaign.
• Organize kettle placements and staffing prior to campaign onset.
• Oversee scheduling and supervision of kettle workers and volunteers.
• Ensure donations are secured and properly counted during shifts.
• Record weekly timesheets and monitor campaign logistics.
