Indigo is seeking a Seasonal Customer Experience Representative for part-time hours. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, stocking shelves, and creating an inviting store atmosphere. You’ll engage with customers, curate product selections, and help tell the stories behind our books and products.

Availability for a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, is desired. Bilingual French/English skills are required for Québec locations; other languages are a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in specialty retail or a retail environment preferred but not required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, overnights and early mornings (if required).
• Bilingualism (French/English) is required for all positions in Québec; other languages an asset.

Responsabilités

• Support the daily operations of the store before or after the store closes (5AM or 10PM start time).
• Conduct inventory cycle counts, replenish stock, manage returns, shelve products and process inbound merchandise.
• Use merchandising standards to create a visually appealing store.
• Create a warm and welcoming environment in our stores.
• Add joy to our customers' lives and tell stories through products.
• Engage with customers on the floor and curate product collections.
• Role model Indigo’s High Performance Characteristics and share ideas with Leadership.
