Job summary

Schweitzer in Blue Mountains, Ontario is seeking a friendly Bartender for the winter season. You will prepare and serve a variety of beverages to bar patrons, support service at the bar and for dining room servers, and help maintain a welcoming guest experience.

Responsibilities include opening/closing bar procedures, accurately processing orders in the POS, monitoring stock levels, and ensuring liquor regulations by checking IDs. Weekend availability and Smart Serve certification are required.

Qualifications

• Smart Serve certification is required.
• Must be available to work weekends.
• Team player with good communication.
• Reliable transportation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages to bar patrons.
• Perform opening and closing bar procedures and tasks.
• Process guest orders accurately using the POS system.
• Maintain accurate cash-out deposits and end-of-shift reporting.
• Demonstrate knowledge of beverages and menus to assist guests.
