Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years bartending in a busy setting.
• In-depth knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine and spirits; WSET is a plus.
• Ability to work high-volume service and multitask.
• Strong upselling skills and product recommendations.
• Experience in fine dining and resort environments.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer and specialty drinks.
• Greet guests warmly and manage the bar environment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked bar.
• Follow BC liquor laws and internal safety policies.
• Check IDs and monitor guest consumption.
• Assist servers and coordinate service with floor team.
