Job summary

Craigleith Ski Club in The Blue Mountains, ON seeks a Bartender for the 2026/2027 winter season. This seasonal role offers part-time and full-time opportunities with shifts mainly on Fridays and Saturdays, including evenings, to support private events and après-ski functions.

You will work in a high-volume, fast-paced food and beverage environment, providing friendly, professional service while ensuring responsible alcohol service and safety protocols. Smart Serve certification is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of bartending experience in a high-volume or event environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Professional, polished, and guest-focused demeanor.
• Smart Serve certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently and responsibly
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area throughout service
• Deliver friendly, attentive service and anticipate guest needs
• Follow responsible alcohol service and safety protocols at all times
• Support setup, execution, and teardown for Club events and functions
• Collaborate closely with the FOH and kitchen teams to ensure smooth event operations

Bartender: Part-Time & Full Time

Craigleith Ski Club – The Blue Mountains, Ontario

Craigleith Ski Club is seeking an experienced and energetic Bartender to join our Food & Beverage team for the 2026/2027 winter season. This is a seasonal position with shifts primarily on Friday and Saturday, both days and evenings, supporting private events, après-ski functions, and Club gatherings. Additional shifts can be available as demanded by events and operational needs.

About the Role

As a Bartender, you’ll provide exceptional service in a high-volume, fast-paced environment while representing the warm and welcoming culture that defines Craigleith. You’ll prepare and serve beverages accurately and efficiently, engage with members and guests in a professional manner, and work collaboratively with the Front of House team to ensure seamless service during events.

Key Responsibilities

• Term: Winter 2026/2027 Season – employment ending on or about march 28, 2027, based on weather and Club operations
