Qualifications
- 2–3 years bartending experience.
- Serving it Right certification.
- Excellent food and wine knowledge.
- Knowledge of classic cocktails.
- Strong organization and multitasking abilities.
- Team player with independence when needed.
- Excellent attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Provide an exceptional dining and bar experience from start to finish.
- Prepare beverages for guests and the service team.
- Follow Sun Peaks Grand Food & Beverage standards.
- Place orders, make and deliver drinks and food, present the bill promptly.
- Keep the bar organized, stocked and clean at all times.
- Restock inventory and supplies as needed.
- Adhere to Health & Safety regulations at all times.
- Assist in F&B outlets as business needs dictate.
