Job summary

Pursuit in Banff is hiring for a full‑time seasonal role for Spring/Summer 2026. You will deliver excellent guest service, communicate clearly, and ensure safety and hospitality standards across all stations. Proserve certification is required, and you should bring at least 1 year of bar experience in a busy setting.

Qualifications

• 1+ year bar experience in a busy restaurant environment.
• Basic knowledge of the distilling process of major spirit groups.
• Guest service oriented with a positive, go-getter attitude.
• Ability to lift at least 15 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Flexible with morning and evening shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service and memorable experiences to guests.
• Communicate effectively with customers and staff.
• Maintain safety as a core value in all duties.
• Be familiar with the menu and make beverage recommendations.
• Assist with cash handling and maintain orderly stockrooms.
