Blacksmith Agency, an AI-first digital agency, seeks a Performance Marketing Specialist to own paid media for a portfolio of B2B and growing-brand clients. You are the strategic voice at the table, responsible for budgets, roadmap decisions, and the narrative behind the numbers.

You will run campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, handle attribution with GA4/Tag Manager/pixels, and develop 90‑day roadmaps to drive growth through retention and upsell.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

As Performance Marketing Specialist you own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients: the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
