Job summary

Ateko is hiring a Scrum Master to guide agile adoption and Scrum ceremonies, coordinating with the PMO and ServiceNow delivery teams. You’ll drive value for our clients in IT and ServiceNow initiatives, in a fully remote role within Quebec, collaborating with internal stakeholders and customers under the ServiceNow Delivery Director’s leadership.

Ideal candidates bring Scrum certifications, experience leading multiple squads, and familiarity with Jira in IT projects.

Qualifications

• Be physically located in Quebec and fluent in French.
• Hold a recognized Scrum certification (CSM or PSM I / PSM II).
• Have experience in a Scrum Master role (asset if 5+ years).
• Have experience managing multiple squads simultaneously.
• Have experience in IT and/or on ServiceNow initiatives, with familiarity with Jira (asset).

Responsibilities

• Guide teams and the organization in adopting Agile - Scrum values and practices.
• Organize and facilitate Scrum ceremonies (planning, daily, review, retrospective).
• Facilitate discussions, decision-making, and conflict resolution.
• Ensure smooth and transparent communication between internal teams and customers.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with customers and support the ServiceNow Delivery Director.
• Participate in resource capacity management and, if necessary, train Ateko teams on Agile - Scrum practices.

You won't be stuck in maintenance mode. At Ateko, you'll work on strategic, high-impact projects to maximize value for our clients in the technology industry. You will work on implementing ServiceNow with some of the world's biggest brands and your success will be measured by the quality of deliveries, team collaboration and customer satisfaction.

YOUR TEAM

You'll collaborate with the Ateko PMO team, the ServiceNow delivery teams as well as various internal stakeholders and customers under the leadership of ServiceNow Delivery Director. No egos, just smart people solving complex problems together in collaboration with IT teams, product teams and customers with the mission of to adopt Agile-Scrum practices in order to maximize the value delivered to customers, ensure the success of ServiceNow projects and promote effective and transparent collaboration.

THE EXPERIENCE WE ARE LOOKING FOR

The following experience will help you succeed in this role. However, if you don't meet all these criteria, we will be happy to consider your application, because we're looking for potential first.

• Be physically located in Quebec and fluent in French, both spoken and written.
• Hold a recognized Scrum certification (CSM or PSM I / PSM II).
• Have experience in a Scrum Master role. (asset if 5 years or more).
• Have experience managing multiple squads simultaneously.
• Have experience in IT and/or on ServiceNow initiatives, with familiarity with Jira (asset).
