Job summary

Ateko in Canada offers a remote, full-time role within the ServiceNow - projects team. You will help ensure data reliability and governance, and support delivery teams through rigorous analyses to improve mandates.

You will collaborate with project managers, engagement leads, Scrum Masters, and program managers under the team lead, focusing on accurate data and continuous improvement across our project management processes.

YOUR IMPACT

You won't be stuck in maintenance mode. At Ateko, you'll work on strategic, high-impact projects to maximize value for our clients in the technology industry. You will work on implementing ServiceNow with some of the world's biggest brands and your success will be measured by the reliability of data and forecasts, the continuous optimization of project management processes, and supporting delivery teams through rigorous governance and analyses that promote the success of mandates.

YOUR TEAM

We hire top-tier talent and give them the space to shine. You'll collaborate with project managers, engagement leads, Scrum Masters, program managers, and other project controllers under the leadership of the team lead. No egos, just smart people solving complex problems together with the mission of to ensure the quality control of project data, to communicate data points requiring attention, and to actively participate in the continuous improvement of our project management processes.

WHAT TO EXPECT

• Ensure monitoring and control of key data related to project and company performance.
• Act as a liaison between project management teams and Finance to support planning, forecasting, and opportunity analysis.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of methods, processes, tools, and best practices in project management.
• Support managers in the use of management platforms (ServiceNow, SharePoint, Teams) and participate in the onboarding of new members.
• Coordinate the management of team capacity, including roles, allocations, rates, compliance, and follow-ups with clients.

• Excellent mastery of Excel as well as strong communication skills in French and English.
