Ateko is hiring a Senior Project & Program Manager to drive high‑impact ServiceNow implementations for clients. You will collaborate with the PMO under the Director, Project Management, delivering on time, within budget, and with clear governance across multiple workstreams.

Remote Canada-based role requiring 10+ years in IT delivery, bilingual French/English, and a ServiceNow background. Join a team focused on complex, value‑driven engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree completed in information systems management or related IT field.
• At least 10 years of experience as a Senior Project and Program Manager in IT delivery (ServiceNow delivery is a plus).
• Bilingual French & English; English required for clients outside Quebec.
• ServiceNow CSA certification is an asset.

• Ensure delivery of initiatives within scope, timelines, budgets, and dependencies while aligning projects and workstreams.
• Act as a trusted strategic partner to clients and internal teams, managing expectations and escalations.

You won’t be stuck in maintenance mode. At Ateko, you’ll work on strategic, high-impact projects to maximize value for our clients in the technology industry. You will work on implementing ServiceNow with some of the world’s biggest brands and your success will be measured by your ability to deliver high-value business strategic initiatives, by engaging stakeholders, ensuring effective governance and achieving quality, timeline, budget, and change adoption objectives.

YOUR TEAM

No egos, just smart people solving complex problems together with the mission of contribute to the technical engagement of various stakeholders, to the success of different ServiceNow implementation and deployment deliveries for our clients.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Your day to day will look like this:

• Ensure the delivery of initiatives within the scope, timelines, budgets and dependencies while maintaining alignment between the various projects and workstreams.
• Act as a trusted strategic partner to clients and internal teams, ensuring effective communication, managing expectations and resolving escalations.
• Establish robust governance, track performance indicators, anticipate risks and ensure informed decision‑making at the program level.
• Mentor project managers, promote best practices, ensure the quality of deliverables and maintain consistent and rigorous execution.
• Support change management, encourage the adoption of solutions and ensure the achievement of expected benefits for the client and the organization.

THE EXPERIENCE WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Bachelor’s degree completed, in information systems management, or with a specialization in information technology or related to the industry.
• At least 10 years of experience as a Senior Project and Program Manager in an IT delivery context (ServiceNow delivery is an asset).
• Bilingualism (French & English). English is required to communicate with clients and partners located outside of Quebec.
• ServiceNow CSA certification (an asset).
