Paladin Security is seeking a Sask Energy Supervisor for our Downtown Regina site. This full-time role runs Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM, overseeing on-site security and serving as the main client contact.

Responsibilities include scheduling, on-site training, monitoring CCTV and access control, and performing patrols across interior and exterior areas. Saskatchewan Security Guard License and 2+ years' experience are required, with strong report writing and communication skills.

• Minimum two years of security field experience.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 06:00 - 14:00

Site Overview

Located in the heart of downtown Regina, the Sask Energy site is a high-profile corporate facility. It features busy administrative offices, active contractor and visitor access points, and multi-level parking structure demands, offering a professional and dynamic working environment.

What You'll Be Doing

• Oversee daily on-site security operations and serve as the main point of contact for the client.
• Manage guard scheduling and deliver hands-on training to team members.
• Monitor CCTV systems and manage access control for staff, guests, and contractors.
• Perform routine interior, exterior, and parkade patrols to maintain site safety.
• Enforce parking regulations and issue parking tickets when necessary.
• Support site health and safety protocols and complete clear, accurate report writing.

Must Haves

• Valid Saskatchewan Security Guard License.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the security field.
• Strong written communication skills for detailed report writing.
• Solid interpersonal and communication skills to build effective client and team relationships.

Nice-to-Haves

• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Experience managing access control software and CCTV monitoring setups.
