Job summary

Paladin Security in Brandon, Manitoba is seeking a dedicated Security Guard for full-time, on-site work. You will patrol the site by foot or vehicle, monitor access points, and de-escalate incidents while representing a professional safety presence on site.

Qualifications

Our client sites provide safe, welcoming environments for staff, visitors, and the public. As a key safety representative on site, you will play an active role in maintaining secure premises, assisting visitors, and ensuring daily operations run smoothly and safely.

What You’ll Be Doing

Requirements

• Willingness to complete company-sponsored Management of Aggressive Behavior (MOAB) training prior to onboarding.
