Curbside & Groundside Operations: Manage traffic flow at terminal curbsides, enforce loading zone regulations, monitor parking corridors, and assist arriving and departing travelers.
Patrol & Access Control: Perform foot and mobile patrols across airside, groundside, and perimeter zones. Inspect vehicles and goods at restricted access points, check credentials (RAIC and visitor passes), and secure scenes when incidents occur.
Safety & Hazard Reporting: Actively spot and report safety hazards, including fuel spills, foreign object debris (FOD), unattended baggage, and wildlife issues.
Operations Centre Support: Monitor CCTV, intrusion alarms, and access control systems. Handle radio, phone, and public address communications, relaying critical information to emergency responders as needed.
