Job summary

Paladin Security is seeking a Sask Energy Supervisor for our Downtown Regina site. This full-time role runs Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM, overseeing on-site security and serving as the main client contact.

Responsibilities include scheduling, on-site training, monitoring CCTV and access control, and performing patrols across interior and exterior areas. Saskatchewan Security Guard License and 2+ years' experience are required, with strong report writing and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Valid Saskatchewan Security Guard License is required.
• Minimum two years of security field experience.
• Strong written communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily on-site security operations and be the client contact.
• Manage guard scheduling and deliver hands-on training.
• Monitor CCTV and control access for staff, guests and contractors.
• Conduct patrols of interior, exterior and parkade areas.
• Enforce parking regulations and issue tickets when needed.
• Support health and safety protocols and write clear reports.
