Paladin Security in Winnipeg is seeking dedicated Mobile Security Guards for full-time, part-time, and casual roles. You will perform day and night mobile patrols, manage access control, respond to alarms, and help secure multiple client properties across a designated patrol zone.

This role requires a valid Manitoba Security Guard License, a clean driver record, and strong customer service skills. Opportunities for growth and on-the-job security training are offered.

About the Role

We’re looking for dedicated, reliable, and professional Mobile Security Guards to join our team in Winnipeg.

Full-time, part-time, and casual opportunities are available, with day and night shifts depending on operational needs. These positions are ideal for security professionals who enjoy working independently, conducting mobile patrols, responding to alarms, and helping maintain the safety and security of multiple client properties.

Candidates will be considered for available schedules based on operational requirements, staffing needs, and individual availability.

Site Overview

This mobile security position covers multiple client locations within a designated patrol zone in Winnipeg. As a Mobile Security Guard, you will play an important role in protecting client properties through regular patrols, alarm response, scheduled lockups and unlocks, and prompt attention to security concerns across all assigned sites.

What You'll Be Doing

Conduct regular day and night mobile patrols and surveillance across assigned client facilities.

Manage access control by granting or denying access based on established protocols.

Respond promptly to facility alarms and emergency calls, including motion alarms, burglary alarms, and trespass calls.

Perform property lockups and unlocks on schedule.

Escalate complex or unsafe situations according to operational guidelines.

Maintain clear communication and professional relationships with client staff, team members, and the public.

Maintain cleanliness and routine basic care of company patrol vehicles.

Complete required administrative logs, incident reports, and assigned tasks accurately.

Arrive 15 minutes prior to scheduled shifts for handover and preparation.

Requirements

Valid Class 5 driver's license (or higher) with a clean driver's abstract.

Valid Manitoba Security Guard License.

Strong customer service along with clear verbal and written communication skills.

Prior experience in mobile patrol.

Physical capacity to walk up to 10 kilometers per shift and run short distances when required.

Ability to work effectively under minimal supervision and handle dynamic or high-stress situations independently.

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize tasks by severity.

Familiarity with or willingness to learn applicable provincial acts (such as trespass and tenancy legislation).
