Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an SAP Program Manager to lead a multi-year migration for a leading Global Fashion Retailer undergoing a large SAP transformation initiative. You will shape the transformation roadmap, drive program execution, and partner with executive stakeholders across the organization.

As the SAP Program Manager, you will lead a multi-phased enterprise-wide modernization program spanning supply chain, finance, merchandising, and product management functions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading complex technology programs, including at least two ERP transformations.
• Direct experience leading S4 Fashion in retail.
• Proven success overseeing large, multi-year transformation initiatives with budgets of $50M+.
• Strong understanding of the SAP ecosystem, with AI, automation, and newer platform capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to manage systems integrators and multiple third-party partners.
• Strong knowledge of retail operations and enterprise processes (Finance, Merchandising, SCM, Order-to-Cash, Source-to-Pay).
• Excellent executive presence and communication skills to influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ECC to S/4HANA for Fashion and Vertical Business transformation.
• Develop and refine the long-term program roadmap, implementation strategy, and phased delivery approach.
• Partner with executive leadership to align objectives with technology outcomes.
• Drive governance, planning, risk management, budgeting, and program reporting across multiple workstreams.
• Collaborate with systems integrators, vendors, and technical teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Oversee cross-functional dependencies spanning SCM, Finance, Merchandising, Product management, and enterprise operations.
• Evaluate program risks, integration impacts, resourcing, and organizational readiness.
• Facilitate executive steering committees and provide clear communication to senior leadership.
• Help establish and mature the program organization, including oversight of program managers.

Insight Global is in search for an SAP Program Manager to lead a multi-year migration for a leading Global Fashion Retailer who is embarking on a large-scale SAP transformation initiative. This individual will play a critical role in shaping the transformation roadmap, driving program execution, and partnering with executive stakeholders across the organization. This is a highly visible position requiring exceptional executive presence, strong enterprise program leadership, and deep experience delivering complex SAP S/4HANA Fashion transformations within large retail environments.

As the SAP Program Manager, you will lead a multi-phased, enterprise-wide SAP modernization program spanning supply chain, finance, merchandising, and product management functions. You will serve as the primary bridge between business stakeholders, executive leadership, systems integrators, and technical delivery teams. While not responsible for hands-on configuration or development, you must possess sufficient technical depth to challenge assumptions, assess delivery progress, and guide strategic decision-making throughout the transformation journey.

• Lead the end-to-end SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA for Fashion and Vertical Business transformation program.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• 10+ years leading complex technology programs, including at least two enterprise ERP transformations from initial design through deployment and post-launch stabilization. SAP S/4HANA experience is strongly preferred.
• Direct experience leading implementation of S4 Fashion in retail environment.
• Proven success overseeing large, multi-year transformation initiatives with budgets of $50M+.
• Strong understanding of the SAP ecosystem, with experience exploring and applying AI, automation, and newer platform capabilities to improve business outcomes.
• Demonstrated ability to manage systems integrators and multiple third-party partners, including vendor selection, governance, accountability, and delivery oversight.
• Strong knowledge of retail operations and enterprise processes, particularly across Finance, Merchandising, Supply Chain, Order-to-Cash, and Source-to-Pay.
• Excellent executive presence and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders, create alignment across business and technology teams, and navigate complex transformation environments.
