Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Senior Program Manager to join a Calgary utility client on a 12-month contract, hybrid in Calgary. The role focuses on leading a multi-year SAP S/4HANA migration/implementation, moving from SAP ECC as ECC support winds down.

You will own the program across business, technology, and partner teams. Ideal candidates have 10+ years of PM experience with enterprise SAP S/4HANA migrations, strong governance, and the ability to coordinate senior stakeholders and diverse

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Project/Program Management experience.
• Experience leading complex enterprise SAP S/4HANA migrations or implementations.
• Strong governance, planning, risk and dependency management.
• Experience coordinating business, technical, SAP and partner teams.
• Ability to work with senior stakeholders and executives.

Job Description:Insight Global is looking for a Senior Program Manager to join a Calgary utility client. This position will be supporting a multi year, large-scale SAP S/4HANA migration/implementation. Like many organizations currently running SAP ECC, the client is preparing for the move to S/4HANA as SAP phases out support for ECC. They're looking for someone who has led a complex S/4HANA migration/implementation and can own the broader program across business, technology and implementation partners. This is starting as a 12 month contract, hybrid in Calgary, extensions are anticipated.

Skills and Requirements

Ideal background:

• 10 years as a Project / Program Manager
• Experience leading complex, enterprise-scale SAP S/4HANA implementations or migrations
• Strong program governance, planning, risk and dependency management
• Experience coordinating business, technical, SAP and implementation partner teams
• Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and executive leadership
• Utility or other large asset-intensive industry experience is a strong asset
