Job summary

Altis Technology in Mississauga, ON is seeking a senior program management professional to lead complex, high-visibility transformation initiatives within a large-scale healthcare organization, with a strong focus on enterprise technology and SAP/S4HANA transformations spanning Supply Chain, Finance and ERP.

You will partner with business, technology, finance, operations and vendors to translate strategic priorities into executable programs, earning executive visibility and shaping delivery,

Qualifications

• 812+ years of progressive program management, transformation, technology delivery or management consulting experience.
• Proven experience owning large, complex enterprise transformation programs with significant executive visibility.
• Strong SAP or ERP transformation experience, ideally involving S/4HANA, SAP Supply Chain, SAP Finance, migrations or implementations.
• Strong executive presence with experience presenting to senior leadership and influencing decisions in matrixed organizations.
• Demonstrated experience managing program financials, risks, governance, vendors and cross-functional dependencies.
• Technical or functional experience that enables you to effectively lead technology teams without needing to be a hands‑on technical specialist.
• PMP, Agile/Scrum, SAFe or Lean Six Sigma certification is an asset. Experience with automation, Power BI, workflow/reporting improvements or Planview is also valuable.

About the Opportunity

We're seeking a senior program management professional to lead complex, high-visibility transformation initiatives within a large-scale healthcare organization. This role will have a strong focus on enterprise technology and SAP transformation, including S/4HANA initiatives spanning areas such as Supply Chain, Finance, ERP and enterprise integrations.

You’ll work across business, technology, finance, operations, vendors and senior leadership to turn strategic priorities into executable programs. This is a senior individual contributor opportunity for someone who can enter a complex environment, establish direction quickly and confidently lead programs with significant executive visibility.
