  • Drive timely resolution of issues and risks (RAID) with particular attention to Finance controls, compliance, and audit requirements.
  • Manage program budget, forecasts, vendor spend, and progress tracking; provide accurate status reporting, milestone tracking, and benefits realization updates.
  • Manage stakeholder communications with the program sponsor, steering committee,
  • Finance leadership, and business process owners; ensure decisions and impacts are clearly communicated
  • Define and report program performance metrics (schedule, scope, quality, financials, testing progress, readiness, and cutover execution metrics).
  • Identify and remove barriers to delivery, including environment readiness, data quality, testing constraints, and cross-team dependency conflicts.
Qualifications or Experience:
  • Minimum of eight (8) years of experience managing Information Technology projects, including at least three (3) years leading large, multi-workstream ERP/SAP programs.
  • Demonstrated expertise in program and project lifecycles, integrated planning, and estimation (scope, schedule, resources, and cost) for complex enterprise initiatives.
  • Experience leading delivery within a large-scale program requiring integration with multiple projects/workstreams and adherence to an overall program governance model.
  • Hands-on experience delivering SAP programs with a Finance focus (e.g., SAP S/4HANA Finance) including configuration-led delivery with a system integrator.
  • Pay, Order-to-Cash) and ensuring alignment to financial controls, auditability, and reporting requirements.

  • Experience managing a large system integration vendor and coordinating internal business SMEs, technical teams, and third parties.
  • Experience managing multiple projects/workstreams concurrently, including integrated schedule and dependency management.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple vendors concurrently (e.g., system integrator, AMS/support provider, testing partner, and niche solution vendors).
  • Excellent stakeholder management, interpersonal, and listening skills, including ability to communicate effectively with Finance leadership and technical delivery teams.
  • Strong facilitation skills, including running fit-to-standard workshops, design decision forums, and executive-level governance meetings.
